Ingredients

Bagel Dough

  • 1 cup self rising flour
  • 1 cup thick greek yogurt
  • Pinch of sea salt

Coating

  • 1 egg
  • Everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and greek yogurt. Lightly flour a surface and knead the dough for about 5 minutes. Roll the dough into a ball.
  • Divide the dough into 4 sections with a knife and shape each section into a ball. Make a hole in the centre of each ball and gently stretch the dough to shape them into bagels.
  • In a small bowl, whisk the egg. Generously brush it over the bagels.
  • Sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning on top. 
  • Bake for 20 minutes in the oven or until lightly browned. Slice in half and enjoy it with some butter, cream cheese, or anything you like!
