Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and greek yogurt. Lightly flour a surface and knead the dough for about 5 minutes. Roll the dough into a ball.
Divide the dough into 4 sections with a knife and shape each section into a ball. Make a hole in the centre of each ball and gently stretch the dough to shape them into bagels.
In a small bowl, whisk the egg. Generously brush it over the bagels.
Sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning on top.
Bake for 20 minutes in the oven or until lightly browned. Slice in half and enjoy it with some butter, cream cheese, or anything you like!
